At Voltage Coffee Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your equipment or supplies, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Labeling
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the return address provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the item for quality assurance, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
